Brew your own sake! In this workshop you will make your own Doburoku sake, the oldest form of sake. This form of sake production, which is now practically only practiced in Shinto shrines, is also the most natural form of sake. Doburoku is an unfiltered, milky, cloudy sake with lots of fruit and completely free of additives.
In this workshop you will make sake in a Weck jar which you will take home with you. You will also learn a lot about Koji and Koji production, the starter culture and starting point for Sake, Miso and Shoyu.
