Our small Shoyu gift set contains our organic Soba Shiro Shoyu and our organic Einkorn Koikuchi Shoyu. These two soy sauces are artfully wrapped in a hand-dyed silk cloth in the Furoshiki style. The combination of a dark, classic and a light, modern soy sauce makes this set an ideal foundation in any kitchen.
