Natto

Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. Fermentation produces the characteristic sticky threads and intense aroma for which natto is known. At the same time, a variety of valuable nutrients such as vitamin K2 and the enzyme nattokinase are formed, which is why natto is considered a superfood.
