for 2 persons:
Ingredients:
2 x 200 g pieces of firm tofu
2 sushi nori sheets
Marinade:
1 heaped teaspoon Lemon shio koji
1/3 - 1/2 teaspoon Gochujang (depending on desired spiciness)
1 tbsp Soba shiro shoyu (or another of mimis shoyus)
1 tbsp sesame oil, roasted
Toppings:
fresh dill, spring onion, lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients for the marinade together thoroughly. Press the tofu firmly between a fresh tea towel to get it as dry as possible. Make three or four diagonal cuts on each side so that the marinade can flow in there too. Marinate the tofu for at least 15 minutes. Turn it every now and then and pour the marinade over it. Wrap each tofu in a nori sheet. Brush the sides of the nori sheet with water so that they fold well without breaking. Fry the parcels in a hot pan on both sides until they are lightly browned and crispy.
Cut into strips with a very sharp knife and serve immediately, topped with fresh dill, spring onion slices and a splash of lemon juice.
Goes very well on a salad plate / with green asparagus or pea risotto / in a bowl / or simply as a snack with some raw vegetables.
