Spore type: O. Rhizopus
Content: 15 g (makes about 6 kg of tempeh)
Recommended dosage: 4 g spores per kg beans
First, 1 kg of soybeans are soaked, drained, steamed and then cooled to body temperature. 4 g of spores are added to these. The result is about 1.7 kg of tempeh.
