equinox 9

March 2022 with Reto Pulfer

We are happy to invite you and your friends on 25th of March to the opening of Mimis' new Fermentation Lab and shop at Osram Höfe in Wedding.
At our new location we will continue to explore fermentation, share our knowledge and serve highest standards of fermented products.

During the opening there will be a performance by Reto Plufer in cooperation together with Reiko Kanazawa ("translucent textiles moving in a breeze" by Kanazawa and an improvisational performance by Plufer.)
With this opening we continue a series of events during spring and fall equinox. Since ancient times these particular moments of transition have been set apart from everyday life with different rituals.

During the opening we will serve fermented Hors-d’œuvre and drinks.
