In our workshops you have the opportunity to make a miso paste together in the traditional Japanese style or to make shoyu. In the theoretical part you will receive valuable information about the fermentation process and the health aspects of miso and koji. You have the opportunity to try around a dozen different miso variations, both traditional and experimental.
Our workshops take place in Berlin and usually last about 3-4 hours.
You will receive a code that you can use either to book a workshop or to make purchases in our shop. If you use it to attend the workshop, simply enter the code during the workshop. The voucher has no limited period of validity.
