In our workshops you have the opportunity to make a miso paste together in the traditional Japanese style or to make shoyu. In the theoretical part you will receive valuable information about the fermentation process and the health aspects of miso and koji. You have the opportunity to try around a dozen different miso variations, both traditional and experimental.

Our workshops take place in Berlin and usually last about 3-4 hours.

You will receive a code that you can use either to book a workshop or to make purchases in our shop. If you use it to attend the workshop, simply enter the code during the workshop. The voucher has no limited period of validity.

How to redeem your mimi workshop voucher

The voucher is a digital product: After purchase, you will receive an individual code via email. This code can be redeemed at any time – with no expiry date.
If you wish to give the voucher as a gift, you can simply forward the code to the recipient.
Please note that redemption is only possible in our online shop.

Important Notes

Shipping is free of charge as the voucher will be delivered digitally.

A payout of the voucher balance is generally excluded. However, if you have purchased the voucher yourself and have not yet redeemed it, the unused voucher can be refunded via Shopify.

Multiple vouchers can easily be combined within one purchase. In addition, the voucher is not tied to a one-time use: The available balance can be flexibly used for multiple purchases until the entire amount is used up.
