All our ferments are handcrafted exclusively in our Berlin factory with the utmost care, loving dedication and a lot of patience.
For health and quality reasons, our products are not pasteurized. This ensures that the ferments remain alive and continue to ferment. This means they retain their valuable vitamins, enzymes and microorganisms, which are an enrichment for the mind, body and soul.
