Our Bergamot Koji Cha is a luxurious fragrance blend of fermented and roasted rice, refined with bergamot and lemon peels and green Royal Al-Hojari frankincense. It serves as a slightly sweet, caramel-like infusion with citrus notes and a pleasant ethereal scent. The blossoming, balsamic-sweet character of the Al-Hojari frankincense gives this infusion a unique note. This aroma is elegantly complemented by the bright citrus aromas of organic bergamot and organic lemons from Sicily. The sweet roasted aromas of the koji rice round off this soothing infusion. The production of mimi Koji Cha is a complex process in which the koji rice is fermented, dried and lightly roasted for 44 hours. It is then refined with the valuable peels of bergamot, lemon and frankincense powder.

How to use

To enjoy Bergamot Koji Cha, add a tablespoon of the mixture to your cup and pour hot water over it. Let the infusion steep for at least 5 minutes to develop its full aroma and flavor nuances. You can pour hot water over the mixture several times.
