Our Bergamot Koji Cha is a luxurious fragrance blend of fermented and roasted rice, refined with bergamot and lemon peel and green Royal Al-Hojari incense. It serves as a slightly sweet, caramel-like infusion with citrus notes and a pleasant ethereal fragrance. The blossoming, balsamic-sweet character of Al-Hojari incense gives this infusion a unique note. This aroma is elegantly complemented by the light citrus aromas of organic bergamot and organic lemons from Sicily. The sweet roasted aromas of Koji rice round off this soothing infusion. The production of mimi Koji Cha is a complex process in which the koji rice is fermented, dried and lightly roasted over 44 hours. It is then refined with the precious peel of bergamot, lemon and incense powder.

To enjoy Bergamot Koji Cha, add a tablespoon of the mixture to your cup and pour hot water over it. Allow the infusion to steep for at least 5 minutes to allow its full aroma and flavour nuances to develop. You can pour hot water over the mixture several times.

The frankincense in Bergamot Koji Cha comes from the Hojari region in Oman, which is considered the world's finest frankincense region. Royal Al-Hojari frankincense, the precious aromatic resin of the Boswellia Sacra trees, has fascinated mankind since ancient times. This is due to its unique effects on the psyche, medicinal benefits and impressive fragrance.

Green incense from Hojari is characterised by its unique aroma profile and associated health benefits. This precious resin can only be obtained from wild, perennial trees and is harvested by hand. The time of harvest, the location and the use of traditional methods play a decisive role in the fragrance profile and natural medicinal properties of the incense beads.
