We are happy to announce the 8th Equinox fermentation dinner, this time at Pickle Bar by Slavs and Tatars.
 
On September 18th and 19th, Reiko Kanazawa and Yuki Nishino will prepare a multi-course equinox menu with fermented food. The carefully crafted dishes incorporate regional German ingredients and products by mimi.
