How do I receive my voucher?
Our voucher is provided exclusively digitally. After purchase, you will receive your personal voucher code via email. It is not possible to purchase a voucher at the manufactory.
Is there an expiration date?
No, the voucher is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed at any time.
Where can I redeem the voucher?
The voucher can be redeemed in the online shop as well as on-site at the manufactory.
What can I use the voucher for?
The voucher can be used for both workshops and products.
What happens if my voucher is not fully used?
Remaining credit is retained and can be used for further purchases.
Can I have the credit paid out?
No, a payout of the credit is excluded. However, if you purchased the voucher yourself and have not used it, you can have the unused voucher refunded in Shopify.
Can I combine multiple vouchers?
Yes, multiple vouchers can be combined for one purchase.
Can I use the voucher multiple times?
Yes, the voucher can be used flexibly for multiple purchases until the credit is used up.
Can I give a voucher to a friend?
Yes, if you forward the code and the access link from the voucher email, another person can usually use the voucher.
