Art Dinner

Every year, Reiko Kanazawa organizes four evening events: for the equinoxes (spring and autumn), for Bon (a Japanese custom after the summer solstice), and for New Year. These special events offer us the opportunity to become aware of the physical and ephemeral nature of our presence, as well as the changing seasons.

Equinox 18

This time, on September 26 and 27, Reiko Kanazawa will create an installation with hanging food. Together with Yuki Nishino, she will prepare a multi-course Equinox menu featuring fermented foods. The lovingly prepared dishes will include regional German ingredients, products from mimi, and special wild herbs from Florinn Bareth.
