Our small shoyu gift set contains our organic soba shiro tamari and our organic einkorn koikuchi shoyu. These two soy sauces are artfully wrapped in a hand-dyed silk cloth in the furoshiki style.

The combination of a dark, classic soy sauce and a light, modern soy sauce makes this set an ideal staple in any kitchen.
